Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of https://double-cart.com and the services Double Cart LLC ("Double Cart") provides. Client engagements are additionally governed by the written proposal or agreement for that engagement; where the two differ, the engagement agreement wins.

The free scan

The free AI-readiness scan is offered as-is, reads only the public pages of the store URL you submit, and creates no obligation on either side. You must own the store you submit or have the owner's permission to request a scan of it.

Paid services

• Work is quoted per store, in writing, after the scan. The quote defines the scope; work outside it is quoted separately.
• Recurring services (monitoring, inventory & ETA updates) run month to month and can be cancelled with notice as set out in the engagement agreement.
• Where our work requires access to your store admin, you grant it scoped to that work, and we use it only for that work.

No outcome guarantees

We fix what is measurably broken and prove the change with before/after scans on the same scoring ruler. We do not — and will not — guarantee rankings, AI recommendation placement, or revenue outcomes. Any revenue figures we present are modeled estimates and are labelled as such. Anyone in this industry who guarantees you an outcome controlled by third-party AI platforms is guessing with your money.

Your content and data

Your store, catalog, and brand remain yours. Reports we prepare for you are yours to keep and share. Our tools, scanners, and scoring methodology remain ours.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or the scan to probe stores you have no rights to, attempt to disrupt the service, or misrepresent who you are. We may decline or discontinue service where these terms are violated.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double Cart's total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where Double Cart LLC is registered. Disputes go to the courts of that jurisdiction.
