Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Double Cart LLC ("Double Cart", "we", "us") collects through https://double-cart.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

• Contact and scan requests — when you submit the contact form or request a free scan, we receive the name, email address, store URL, and message you provide.
• Email — if you email us directly, we keep the correspondence.
• Server logs — our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability. We don't use them to profile visitors.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

What we do with it

• Reply to your request and run the scan you asked for.
• Prepare the audit or proposal you requested — the store URL you give us is used only to read your store's public pages.
• Keep records of client work for as long as we work together, and as required for accounting and legal purposes.

We do not add you to a marketing list for requesting a scan, and we don't send newsletters you didn't sign up for.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us through our email/lead delivery providers, and the site is served by our hosting provider. These processors handle your data only to deliver their service to us. We share information beyond that only if the law requires it.

Scans read public pages only

Our store scans read only the public storefront of the URL you submit — the same pages any visitor or AI shopping agent sees. We never ask for your store admin credentials to run a scan.

Cookies

The site itself does not set tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in the future, this section will say so explicitly.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@double-cart.com and we'll handle it — no forms, no runaround. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA), these rights are also guaranteed to you by law.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be noted on this page. Questions about any of this: hello@double-cart.com.
