Will it work with my theme?
Yes — KartWise installs as a Shopify app with theme app embeds, so there's no theme surgery and no code edits. Uninstalling removes it cleanly.
Can it make up answers or recommend products you don't sell?
Answers are grounded in your actual catalog, FAQ, and store pages. When a question falls outside what it knows, it says so and hands off to a human instead of improvising.
